Proper Nutrition, Healthy Eyes

Eyes play a very important role. Just imagine if you have trouble seeing.

To keep it, the sense of sight you have to be 'fuel' to keep it working properly.

Not only carrots alone, start by eating foods rich in vitamins and nutrients to sharpen vision following:

Eggs. Rich in vitamin A helps the function of the retina and reduce the risk of macular degeneration and cataracts. Although often considered to worsen cholesterol, eggs helps reduce the number of minuses in your glasses.

Raspberries. The fruits of the family give it high in vitamin C, so as to reduce the risk of cataracts and other eye diseases.

Yogurt. Yogurt has a high zinc content. Zinc is known to protect the eyes from the harmful effects of sunlight. Because it is made from milk, yogurt contains vitamin D which is an anti-inflammatory that protects eyesight.
