Employers Workers Healthier Than Others

Running your own business entrepreneur aka apparently has its own benefits. In addition to making money, the pegusaha also suspected to be healthier than other workers. Intend over the profession?

Recent research suggests running your own business is leaving one's got a better level of health. According to Gallup research, a number of employers in the U.S. are diagnosed with less chronic disease such as cholesterol, high blood pressure, obesity, and diabetes.

Factors contributing to the increase in employers' health and eating habits are plahraga undertaken. It is believed these entrepreneurs apply the discipline of life and gather the energy needed to start and run a business.

Than other workers, entrepreneurs tend to exercise regularly and eat vegetables and fruits on a regular basis as well. The entrepreneur is believed to have the ability to set their own schedule, so have flexible time to exercise and eat healthy foods than those who work for others.

The study found business owners are generally a healthy figures though sometimes do not have basic health care insurance. This is evident from the data that one in four employers do not have health insurance, compared with 10 percent of other workers.

The study found that the reasons advanced by unions in the health insurance ownership is not clear. Gallup researchers suggests the possibility that many entrepreneurs are bereft of health insurance because of the high plain to see insurance for individuals and small business owners.

The study, conducted Gallup Healthways Well-Being Index, based on a survey of 273,175 adults, where nearly 7,000 people are defined as entrepreneurs.
