Prevent Foot Swelling When Pregnant

At the time of pregnancy, sometimes not only an enlarged abdomen. Fat legs, too. This is because the body holds more water than usual. Thighs, calves, toes up so added fat. If a pregnant woman a lot of standing or walking, plus the hot weather, in the afternoon can be increasingly swollen feet.
To prevent leg swelling, try:

- Do not stand too long

- Enough drinking water (2.5 liters per day) to help remove metabolic waste which can cause swelling.

- Enough salt intake. If too much or too little can cause leg swelling.

- Wear comfortable shoes with thin soles.

- Avoid high heels or strappy shoes that can bind tightly to leg.

- If the profession requires a lot of standing, try to frequent the streets as an effort to relax the leg muscles.

- Put your times higher than the body while lying down.

- Sleep will release oblique vein to the heart of the pressure, so the foot is not swollen.

- Cold compresses on foot.

- Train legs with a light movement, while standing or sitting. Suffice it to bend or straighten the leg movements, up and down 30 times every day.

- Routine foot to prevent swelling.
