Using the stairs
If you have two options of using the elevator or stairs then choose the 2nd one. Up the stairs is an easy exercise and one of the daily exercise that is right for the office workers. This exercise not only burns calories, but also helps improve blood circulation.

Squeezing the ball repeatedly stress can increase blood flow. This is a good exercise for those who frequently use the computer keyboard. In addition, stress squeeze ball can increase forearm strength and joints.
Walk
Try walking around your office after lunch. Walk briskly for 10 minutes or more can increase your energy, help fight stress and relaxes.
Pick up objects around
You can use objects around the table to work out. The trick is to lift objects that are not too heavy in the middle seat. You also can stand for 10 minutes and do the most simple weight training. Lifting weights about 10 to 12 times. In addition, you can also do a little stretching while sitting in a chair.
