Never Too Perceived Stress

KOMPAS.com - Stress is not good. So, what else to think too much about why we can be stressful, so maybe you want to say the researchers from the Center for Behavioral Cardiovascular Health at the Columbia University Medical Center.

According to a new study published in the American Journal of Cardiology, apparently thinking that we are under stress can lead to serious problems. Stress is too much felt, or how often do you think that you are stressed out, nothing to do with the risk of coronary heart disease is higher.
There are six studies that analyzed the researchers to observe how these perceived stress affects your heart. In each study, respondents were asked to report feeling intense or repetitive stress. Then the researchers followed each respondent for 14 years to see if any of those diagnosed, hospitalized, or died, because of coronary heart disease.
From observation it appears that respondents who reported high levels of stress had 27 percent higher risk for developing heart disease. One of the study's authors, Donald Edmondson, PhD, Assistant Professor of Behavioral Medicine at the college, said, "When people say they are stressed, it is a good indicator of how often they experienced an increase in response to their autonomic nervous system, a type of response fighting which we associated with stress. "
So, when the mind we feel the need to act (which happens when we encounter a stressful situation), our bodies prepare to form a response. When this happens, the adrenaline will increase blood pressure to boost energy. Well, this condition can be intimidating heart. Although the natural reaction is going "from nature", the system pressure does not currently require stress the urgent need for the physical act.
"Now-now is when we feel stressed, it's not because we had to flee from a lion," said Edmondson, describing the possible stressors experienced by our ancestors. "(We stress) Because our boss gives the task a lot more than we can handle, or one of our family members need taken care of while we are trying to divide the time to handle things at a time."
These, according to Edmondson, is not something that our body requires to much action, but our bodies are still prepared to become active. That's when the cardiovascular responses were damaging. Sometimes, the destruction was so severe that over time can increase the destruction of the cardiovascular system. When that time comes, it can cause heart problems, such as the development of plaque, plaque rips, and various other heart problems.
In conclusion, when you're feeling stressed, try not to feel it. Divert your mind on things other fun. Do not you even think too much about being stressed because of stress ....
