This pair Addiction Fast Food


VIVAlife - Fast food or fast food does have a taste for the more tempting though laden in fat and sugar with no nutritional value. Despite knowing this, for couples Emma and Dylan Smith, fast food is a favorite food that must be consumed every day.

After dropping the kids to school, Smith will partner breakfast at fast food restaurants. They also brought home fried chicken for a snack lunch complete with fries and ice cream. As for the family dinner menu is burgers.
Despite having five children, she claimed never to cook. "I never cook. We also never eat vegetables and fruits that we often have anemia," said Emma.
This unhealthy habits resulted in skyrocketing weight spousal Smith. The combined weight of the two nearly reached 254 pounds. Their bellies bulge to not be able to wear a seat belt and open.
"After dropping off children to school, we went to fast-food restaurants and eating three muffins and hot chocolate every day. We do not need to order because the waitress at the restaurant already know," Emma said as quoted by the Mirror.
Husband and wife are experiencing a turning point in the life style while celebrating the anniversary of their 4 children. Both were wearing seat belts car trouble because their bodies are too big.
"We have to get out of the car with the kids and they were crying. Was very embarrassing," he said.
They also could not accompany the kids running around the garden near the house. With a great body, Emma and Dylan could just sit on a park bench. Dylan can not even play football with his son.
"If we take them swimming, I will wear the shirt and shorts to cover my fatness," he said.
 
Shame Emma and Dylan make a healthy diet and lose weight up to 108 pounds. Emma managed to reduce his weight from 139.7 pounds to 69.8 pounds. While Dylan now weighs 64 kilograms from the previous, 108 pounds.
Joined a diet club, Emma and Dylan are now rid of unhealthy foods in their daily diet, "Now while driving, we put a belt without a problem., And the kids were very happy."
