A month Eating Junk Food, Impact As Hepatitis Pain


Jakarta, consumption of junk food or junk food will not only impact on the risk of obesity and cardiovascular disorders. Recent research suggests the consumption of junk food also damage the liver, such as hepatitis.

As in one of the British TV show called The Doctors, consumption of junk food is routinely mentioned said to be able to trigger significant changes in the liver. In one month alone, the damage can equal the damage caused by hepatitis or liver inflammation pain.

Even though ordering a salad would not be able to compensate for these effects, so it's still advisable to not over eat junk food. Moreover, according to Dr. Orodon, salad or anything that is claimed by the fresh and healthy fast food restaurants are usually not completely healthy.
"Some places add propylene glycol in a salad, which functions as an anti-freeze (antipembekuan), and in this case to prevent the vegetables fresh. And though they say little anti-freeze will not make you sick, the choice is clear you do not want mengonsumnsi anti-freeze, "says Dr. Ordon.
In the United States, it is estimated there are 160,000 fast-food restaurant that serves approximately 50 million customers every day.
