  1. Aside from tomato juice, pineapple are also a good substitute for us to get lycopene and added omega-3 too. Another one is cashew which contains arginine that according to what I have read from Dr. Mercola's article about l-arganine, that arginine promotes a good flow of blood within our body including our heart.
