Study: Human Body Being at the Top 'Glory' At Age 26 Years


Jakarta, 'Peak glory' of the human body occurs at the age of 26 years. Starting the year after that or at the age of 27 years, human fitness dropped dramatically.


So claims a new study quoted by the Times of India, Tuesday (02/19/2013). Heart Foundation study conducted also showed that one in five people stop exercising after the age of over 26 years. Many people then would sit idly on the couch.

As many as 20 percent of people surveyed called laziness exercise comes after marriage. While nearly half of those surveyed said exercise intensity is reduced because their busy work time becomes longer.

Most of the 2,000 people surveyed said they were dieting and exercising on a regular basis when he was 26 years old. Well, a third of respondents cite having more time to work before having children.

Meanwhile, 33 percent of men called them drinking smaller amounts of alcohol at the age of 26 years. Many are saying he is in the most fit condition when they have time to exercise in schools and colleges.

From these studies note that only 10 percent of respondents who care about her weight. They hope to ideal body weight can attract a mate.
